Have you ever liked a person so much, it seems like they can do almost anything and get away with it? It just feels IMPOSSIBLE to get away from them or breakup with them or anything, you know they feeling that you just get so fed up with them doin somthing behind your back all the time and lying about it so you don't get mad (you know, the things that YOU want to hear) and you just want to say .. look, I don't want to be around you anymore for the best. Well, I was looking through Christian's xanga (my older brother) and he was talking about some things that seemed impossible that people over came. and these are just about 12 of them
1. The Red Sea was parted so the Israelites could escape and conquer Egypt.
2. A small shephard boy stood up and defeated a mighty giant not with sword or strength, but with a smooth pebble and a sling.
3 Abraham and Sarah, at age 99 and 90, had children. And those children became numerous throughout the world.
4. A man was thrown into a lions den for worshipping God and yet was completely unharmed.
5. 3 young men were thrown into a fiery furnace and not even scorched.
6. 1966, A west Texas team becomes the first team to play all black players in a championship game and beats powerhouse Kentucky for the National Championship

8 A group of US amateur hockey players faced off against the Soviet Union and won the gold medal in hockey.
9. High school baseball coach is persuaded by his players to go try out for the majors. After 2 months, he gets the call and pitches his first pitch at Arlington Stadium
10. An kid born with autism finally has his dream come true of playing in a varsity basketball game. Not only does he play, he scores 20 points in 4 minutes and is the leading scorer on the team.
11. A 20 year old caddie with no money, gets an invite into the U.S. Open. Wins in an 18 hole playoff between number 1 Harry Vardon and Ted Ray

so when your sitting there feeling down about that 1 person just remember how God can help you through ANYTHING. |
